- You have 14 days to return Apparel, Accents (Jewelry), Shoes and Abode (Home Decor) items for a full refund.
- If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund and your return will not be accepted.
- Eligible returns can also be exchanged or you can receive store credit.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- In your package you will receive a returns form along with your invoice where you will find a friendly reminder specifying the date your package needs to be postmarked by for a successful return.
- All Armoire (Secondhand) items are a FINAL SALE
unless they have been strongly misrepresented. We do our best with providing you with sufficient pictures and information before the item is purchased so that you can compare them to your own clothing.
- All Items purchased under the $12 Sale are FINAL SALE.
- Once the successful return has arrived to our warehouse you will receive a refund within 5 business days.
